Today's the official beginning of the year 2004. The New Years is supposed to be a special day. Yet in my family today was just like any other day. Finally went to the hospital for my ankle today. The doctor (Ray Hsiao) didn't really say much. He told me to keep using the Asian herbal stuff to heal cuz there really isn't much in Western medicine for sprained ankles. All he had to advise me was that I should ice it for a week, then heat it for a week, and wrap my foot tightly with the athletic ( Read more... )
