In fact Katerina cannot think of a thing that she does not want. Not one single thing.
basically everything. everything ever. this is everything to me.
Elena is made of fire, forged from it.
She comes out strong as steel, shaped like all those who have come before her. Beautiful, shiny, and new. (Though not new enough.)
She is made of fire, it burns within her, burns with anger, with hunger, with love, with want.

This is perfection. All the characterization. I <3 everything but especially older, wiser Elena, who is still a girl of loss.
Katherine as the survivor who still wants so much; the survivor who came after her entire family, her world, vanished.
All the different iterations of companions.
I am in loooooove. And I don't even go there anymore for either of those canons, but in loooooove.
