i have no idea what this is. i can't even remember the last time i wrote fanfic. sorry if its blargh.

Sometimes, she’s not sure that time has agreed with her.

“Where are you from?”
“Rosewood.”
“Oh, yeah? What was that like?”
“…Quiet.”

She does things, stupid things, and she doesn’t know why. It’s like she can’t help herself anymore.

“Nice costume, Little Red. All you need is the wolf!”
“Actually, this year, I came as the monster.”

It’s like she forgot what a normal life was, and now, all she can do is poke at holes that she seems incapable of allowing herself to heal.

“Happy birthday!”
“…It’s a doll.”
“It looks just like you. Isn’t that cute?”
“…Yes. Really cute… I could get a dollhouse for it.”

And taunt the beast that no longer exists.

Oh, I really like this. I love the idea that even though the "game" is over Spencer can't let go and just keeps going and going. Sadly stunted at 18 and unable to escape A even when its over.

And the doll.

Just so wonderfully creepy and yet well done and sense making.

Basically I loved this. you know. if you didn't get that. :D

Thanks, I'm glad!

That's sort of how I see them going into the time jump. No one can get over something like that; it's a scar that will always be there. And I can see them doing little things to sort of poke at their wounds and remind themselves of what they've been through.

Though I'm pretty sure the show will go more towards the denial route.
