I don't really know what to do with this blog-thingy.

I remember in High School I had a deadjournal.  I used to post all sorts of angsty stuff to that.  I'm not so much into angst anymore, though.

If I'm seriously considering writing a novel, then should I really be posting pieces of what could possibly be part of that novel online for free public consumption?

If it helps any... A few years back I decided that while I do like sharing my "professional" writing with my friends, I don't like sharing it publicly in case any random douchebag I don't know stumbles along and decides to steal it. So I made another livejournal account, which I refer to as my mirror journal, and anything I post concerning my actual writing is friends locked only.

Hmm that's a good idea, a mirror journal. I love the name of yours! The stealing thing really was what I was concerned about. Of course, I don't even know if I am going to write anything professional-worthy, but if I do, I know what to do now!

Being your friend on your other one would be cool.
