I'd suggest khopesh even if that isn't chinese.

I've read from the Zombie Survival Guide that the best anti-zombie weapon for melee is the monk's spade. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monk%27s_spade

The problem that I have with long heavy weapons, like the monks spade, a pole axe, kwan do, etc, is that they aren't very easy to travel with. If I'm getting chased down the road by a pack of zombies, i want something that isn't going to be too terribly cumbersome... Not to mention the ability to move (and attack) easily in confined quarters is a must. While I agree that long range weapons come in handy in a zombie attack, I feel that the costs may outweigh the advantages, especially considering I'm going to be carrying my fare share of fire arms... just incase ;)

Better hurry, guns are in short supply with all the gun freaks over reacting about obama. It's funny, they're creating there own gun shortage :P (reminds me of Wednesdays southpark... it was lols :P)
