Nicely done! I have a while to strategize what I'm going to put on my new car, which I'll probably buy about a year from now after next hurricane season. The excitement of shopping for a nice new car that I'll be able to afford makes my fur bristle! -^^-

That's gotta be exciting... I can only imagine how exciting it's going to be to shop for a NEW vehicle... Used car hunting is nothing but a nightmare :P

Since I'm replacing the van and still have to be prepared to move (at very least because of hurricanes), I'm looking for a spacious sedan, wagon or fuel-efficient crossover. I've decided I cannot get something too small as of yet where I can't easily move large pieces of my life around.

My choice is going to hinge heavily on Consumer Reports when I do decide to buy, but the current front-runners (in preliminary order of preference) are: VW Jetta SportWagen SEL, Nissan Rogue SL, Mitsubishi Lancer GTS and Mazda 5.
