Dear downstairs neighbor who smokes a lot of weed because we smell it every time we walk by to get to the parking lot and because it has been going up the vents and into our bathroom,

IT HAS BEEN WEED O'CLOCK FOR FOUR HOURS NOW. HOW ARE YOU NOT OUT OF WEED YET.

That is a brilliant idea. But the guy kind of scares me the way he sort of hunches over in the hall like a homeless guy as he huddles over his pot/cigs.
