You know, my days off often ended up being spent sleeping or lying in bed zoning out, so I completely understand - and I think the best thing is to just figure that, hey, at least your body got some rest, right? :S

Yeah, I figure it's better to lose days sleeping than not be able to get sleep at all. Hm.
