Lisa and I arrived at the airport on September 11 around 9 pm for our 11:20 flight. When we arrived we were told that the flight was on time. During the next four hours we switched gates and were repeatedly told that we had been delayed due to weather, but that we would be boarding the plane shortly to head out. We finally boarded around 2:30 and
