Two offers so far

Neither of them even close to what we want, but negotiation attempts are in progress.  Hopefully our house will sell within a time frame that allows us to negotiate.  Two offers in less than two weeks though, I'm not terribly upset over that.

That is really good! Hooray! I think my only advice is not to settle too soon for something that is less than what you want. After all, it's only been two weeks. :-)

Yeah, we had a long chat about that today with the Realtor. It's way too soon to settle. What was most irritating was that the way the offer was written it seemed to be for what we were asking. Then buried a few pages later was some fine print that had them wanting us to pay 6% towards their loan costs or something crazy like that. Thankfully our Realtor has our backs and caught it.
