 I've never been much to play by the rules. I have this thing with barriers, I think they suck. I've always been one who thinks outside of the box, one who doesn't just go and do what people say. I have dreams, big ones, and I'll never let someone dictate to me whether or not I can do them.

I sometimes think my parents didn't let me do enough to find myself, too. Not because they were bad people or discouraging, but because I, too, wanted to do it all. And probably changed my mind a bit. As a result, I often wonder if I would have been good at music or sports if I'd given them more attention as a kid. Instead, I was into boy scouts and super-shitty at art, despite taking it every chance I had.
