hello everyone..

i need to write my senior caption [little blurb that goes under your picture] for the yearbook.
i want to find some cute lyric or quote to put in mine because just writing 'omg its over ilu BFF4E' and all that shit is just so normal.
so if anyone has any good suggestions..lemme know!

I always wrote one of two Refused quotes:

"Rather be forgotten than remembered for giving in."

"Scared that we might fail, we will accomplish nothing - Not even failure."

I guess they aren't too cool for yearbooks, but like you I figured everything else had been done a million times and no one at my high school really listened to Refused at the time.

Last year I tried to figure out pretty things to say in yearbooks, and i tried to make every entry genuine, and highlight the best things i remembered from everyone. And what did i get?

"Hey- have a great summer. Pete's class was a BEAST. See you next year."

So, my love for yearbooks is gone. But....seeing as it is my senior year, maybe I will try again. I'm searching for you (and me) for something pretty/poignant to say... and i will let you know as soon as I come up with something.

my favorite quote is this one by oscar wilde: "we are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars."

it's appropriate because you're all starting over from the bottom, your lives are beginning, and you're all in the gutter so to speak, but you have a chance to look up and aspire to make something of yourselves instead of laying in the gutter and wasting your life.

i like the second pic better.
