Your parents amuse the heck out of me. That conversation is kind of wonderful (although, if it were about me, I'd be sort of pissed). Also, an architect? Because I can *totally* see you doing that for the rest of your life. ...Unless you got to, I don't know, design Hogwarts or something.

Well, I mean, the artistic part of architecture sounds actually fairly cool; it's the intense engineering and math-and-science-ness where my brain just goes KTHXBYE.
