YES. VERY YES. Definitely upon first reading Havemercy I was like, "Oh hey there's this guy named Royston who the state pays to blows stuff up. WHERE HAVE I SEEN THIS BEFORE." And then he proceeded to fall in love with a younger man and I lol'd.

...and I now want to ship Rook and Olivier Armstrong, oh my god this is a terrifying idea.

Oh god, the more I think about it the more I want to write it, only I AM NOT SURE I CAN WRITE THAT MANY KNIFE-FIGHTS. Their relationship would be something like 90% physical violence and 10% really violent sex. And then poor Thom in the background, alternately patching Rook up and wishing he were deaf.

Then she'd cheat on him with Adamo or something and Rook would try to act all aloof but the stabbing people in bars would give him away OKAY I NEED TO STOP THINKING ABOUT THIS
