Vent, currently incoming towards Neon City HQ is the hero called Superboy. He's bringing a present in the form of the wreckage of Dr. Eggman's latest creation.

There may be something peculiar going on here, however.

I need an agent - Division doesn't matter - who is inclined towards advanced technologies to investigate what's left of this.
