Today was not a good day. At work this one lady had me on the phone for 40 effin minutes! Most of our calls last 15 minutes at the MOST. I was so mad when I got off the phone wit her that I had to take me a 15 minute break. I mean 40 freakin minutes! And I didn't even get the sale! Aint that a bitch ( Read more... )

chile...i was so heated when i got off
the phone wit her. she knew she had bad credit
when she called, couldn't even put a pack
of gum on layaway, lol!

shoot...i started to hung up on her,
but i didn't wanna get fired
cuz i gave her my name and i'm the
only one in that department wit that name
