A lot of people wouldn't put up with Jane's abuse. Maura does.

Ah, the summer finale of Rizzoli & Isles. Would you believe it, I actually enjoyed the episode. Incredible. It wasn't without it's are-you-kidding-me moments of ridiculousness, but, all in all, it wasn't all that bad. Although somewhat disjointed in places, the whole Hoyt arc was brought to an end rather nicely ( Read more... )

Yeah, I'd like to think that a friend wouldn't be so obsessed over finding the perfect gift for her BFF. And damn, it felt good seeing Maura being, well, Maura. Even the inflection of her voice was right this week. ♥

A) EXACTLY. I found it odd that she didn't try and fight either of the baddies. She just sat there. Oh well, we got Jane finding her inner superwoman, so I suppose it's all good.

Maura's character was so right in every way in this episode! <3 Also ha, I totally spotted the Frost thing, too. *g*

For some reason I really haven't made the time to watch/catch up with R&I...is it worth it? I feel like, with all the subtext reviews, I kind of know the show anyway, you know ( ... )

It's sad, but I don't think Rizzoli & Isles is really worth it, to be honest. This last episode was quite good for a change, but the few before it? Nah. Such a shame!

Castle is my big TV love of the recent years. I certainly don't watch it for the plot, and, for some reason, the occasional plot holes don't annoy me nearly as much as those of R&I. And call me weird, but I wouldn't flip for Nathan Fillion, haha. He and Stana together totally bring about my inner het shipper, though, but that's about it. Wah, I can't wait for the new season to premier!

Ok, well, I trust you, so I won't bother :) I don't want to waste the precious free time I could spend doing other things. I have to admit, I did watch the episode just gone (one of the only three I've seen)...and those two do make /adorable/ faces. It's almost enough to make me watch. Almost. Although, not really. Maybe if I had nothing better to do ( ... )

Oh, I'm totally on the Castle/Beckett band wagon; my brain pretty much exploded after the Season 3 finale. The chemistry between them is palpable, and so far, the UST/obvious OTP-ness has been brilliantly written. ♥

Aww, having a Pete/Myka type of a relationship with someone is the best ever!

As for Firefly... No, I've never seen a single episode. Ahem.
