Well, I have to say that this week's Criminal Minds was one of the most far-fetched plots they've ever done - and that's counting the ridiculous taxidermy episode. Things also noted: 1) Will is still a dick, and 2) was Emily even in this episode? But Good Lord, my hatred for Will basically doubled, and it's not only because he and JJ still have as ( Read more... )

I think after this episode it's plain to see that the writers have realised their mistake in pairing JJ with the slow-witted one and are doing their best to show how utterly unsuited they are before she gives him the elbow. Hopefully, they won't wait too long to give us what we and JJ want, and release Will back into the wild from whence he came.

The passive-aggressive was off the scales!

I would like to think, first the season premiere comment ("It's a long story"), and now this, that the writers are gearing up for getting rid of Will. Hey, they should totally make him a victim of an unsub!

AND WHAT'S WITH THE SERIAL KILLER BEARD?

Yeah, what's up with it? And did you notice his eyes? It's so droopy like Droopy the Dog. Heck, he even talks monotone-ish like Droopy. What? Is that his inspiration now? What happened to the Will JJ fell in love with?

Last episode at least we get to see Emily getting wet (ahem) when she saved the Unsub from drowning. So yeah, huge part of me wished that Emily was in the same SUV as JJ and we get to see Emily's kevlar and gun-toting action (Bonus scene: Emily helping JJ into the storm shelter).

Henry is super duper CUTE! ♥ I wanna pinch his cheeks! Thank God Emily's prayers were answered. No Will's accent/mannerism detected in Henry.

Yeah, Will looked like a grug addict in withdrawal, it was scary. And the way he speaks didn't help at all. God, they need to split up, like, NOW.

Dude. Emily totally should've been in the same SVU as JJ! But they're never in the same one, it really annoys me. I think the only time was when Hayley died.

This was a terrible episode. I actually napped while watching it. That's never happened with this show before. Kind of sad about that.

Does Emily know that someone's chaps have apparently attacked her shirt? LOL! She and JJ both looked lovely. And that's the end of the redeeming value of the episode.

Crawfish has always been an ass about disregarding her wishes. He's also controlling and the passive-aggressive thing has got to go. I think she apologized because she was just tired of fighting with him. The argument obviously wasn't going anywhere but in a big circle, so she just took the blame to get him to stop. Doesn't bode well for them, that's usually the sign of a dying relationship. His behaviour is a lot like the way Haley was just before she left Hotch. So I will cross my fingers for the same outcome. Complete with funeral.

I just can't get over the awfulness of the episode. And it wasn't so much the ridiculous case that bothered me, it was the boredom that was present in every scene.

So I will cross my fingers for the same outcome. Complete with funeral.

Oh, yes, please! I've been saying it for a while now that they should make Will a victim for an unsib. How's that for drama? Heh. Besides, no one is ever allowed to be happy on this show, so Will's bound to disappear eventually.

I have surprisingly little to say about this episode.

The only thing I really liked was the two seconds Emily graced our screens, and JJ looking hotter than ever. And if you strike over Will, the last scene when JJ reads to Henry. That was sweet.

Everything else? Total rubbish. I mean my god, when I figure out thing faster than Reid, the episode is bad.

It wasn't necessarily that the episode was bad, it was just mindblowingly boring. And that made it awful. Okay, that's totally contradictory in terms, but I'm sure you know what I mean. :p

No, it wasn't In Heat or Uncanny Valley, but it was one of those rare eps, when I found myself fast forwarding some bits.
