I feel like I've been reading a lot of manga lately (despite my job, because of my job, etc) and I wanted to write a bit about (and sort out in my head) what I'm thinking of it. Let's see what I can remember

I don't remember who he is. Now I want to dig out the series to reread!
I don't mind the age gap. I only read the first volume and I don't like the main character like you said she was "bratty." Would you say that volume 4 is where the story starts to turn around for you? I want a short cut and skip all the annoying stuff - ha ha.

I'm a bit worried about Blue Spring Ride in which I thought Kou and the MC should get together after volume 4, but there's a misunderstanding and they don't talk to each other ... ugh, unlike Strobe Edge.

I'm sorry about that. The teacher bugs me. But other characters make up for that. I guess you and I have some common taste and some uncommon areas :)
Would you say you like this series as much as you did "Me & My Brothers" by Hari Tokeino?

eta: I thought the re-release of YT is bunko, but it's regular takobon. Interesting! I wonder if the series is Seven Seas' shojo?

Yeah, the misunderstanding and distance goes on for longer than I'd like in BSR... grar. So far I'm enjoying her new Omoi, Omoware series. It's different reading a series as it comes out and reading the whole thing at once, though
