Got a broken tooth that is now rotting oh god. I got it filled ages ago turns out it wasn't done properly and hhhnnnngh now I gotta have it pulled out. Half my face is swollen up too. I try to avoid painkillers 'cause I don't want to overuse them but this is just the worst pain I've ever been in. Made an appointment to have the damned thing out but

I've always got good teeth, but I can emphasize on the pain thing. You should call again and tell it's an emergency, doctors can usually fit you in somewhere sooner if it's really bad.

Is there an emergency dentist in your area? If you explain how much pain you're in and that there is an infection, an emergency dentist will do their best to get you in asap.

You are not a wimp! That pain is awful and I would feel the same way.
