I feel like shit and I probably have a UA tomorrow. Good thing I found out about that today, oh wait thats fucking terrible. I've taken a total of 14 naicin tablets today in hopes of cleaning out my system. Thats probably why I have a gnarly stomach/head ache and I'm pissing green.

Pray I pass my UA.

make sure its not your first time peeing that day. the more times you pee beforehand, the cleaner it will be.

another trick you can use is put a couple drops of bleach on your finger before you take the ua, and let them dry. then after you pee stick your finger in the cup, and the bleach throws off the ph level of the sample. (i know its gross, but supposedly it works, and sneaking anything else in is near impossible)
