The snow is piled 5 feet high outside, and the roads were too bad for me to get out all weekend. I AM GOING MAD.

Have you ever considered escaping the Mistake on the Lake?

(True, we do get snow until June some years. but it was 75 last week the day before we got a 3 inch snow fall. And the snow here rarely hangs around until it gets black and ugly. And we very rarely have slush.)
