I desperately need a vacation. But also need to make sure I buy a house this year, so I can get the tax credit. This saving for a house and never doing anything "shtuff" has been going on for too long. I know it's because I really don't want to live in this area.

Maybe I didn't already write something. (I've been busy avoiding working on my taxes. April 15 approaches, and not on little cat feet. More like lumbering zombie feet.)

Not having a house to sell makes it easier to buy one in this market.

Yes, I'm really glad I'm not trying to sell a house right now.

You've gotta get moving on those taxes! :-) Mine are done, so I've been focusing on avoiding census workers. They were lumbering around my complex yesterday.
