Aaah! Being metaquoted is awesome, even if it's just vague recognition for a random LJ comment! Danke!

Heheh, a bit of me still lives to get metaquoted. It's slightly sad. I am in awe of you!

Mojo swears by Albas oil.

It's menthol and eucalyptus and stuff all in one.

Have a hot bath with a dozen or so drops in it and it'll sort you out.

Also put a few drops on your pillow and it'll help you sleep easier :D

The best treatment I've ever encountered for 'flu symptoms is (seriously) Tesco brand Cold & Flu capsules.

Hot baths/showers (like, as hot as you can cope with) help when I have the ills. Try not to skip meals - even if you're not feeling very hungry you should eat something, as it keeps your metabolism going which I understand helps your immune system. Not having any medical training whatsoever I could be mistaken, though.

I'm told Ribena made with hot water is also good.

As to any spare affection, I'm not sure Bob would appreciate my hairy man-love. I'll try and send him some hope, but I don't know what it looks like. Maybe I'll send biscuits instead...
