Ok, went in and got a cortisone shot...& it didn't hurt as bad as everyone was making me think! :P thats for those of you who were freaking me out! :) Anyways, next time I can get one is March 2nd. We'll see what happens.

I think it depends on where the shot is going. I had them and had to immediately get up and walk on it so it was hell. You've probably been avoiding moving your shoulders too much for a while so you didn't immediately irritate again. They do get easier each time you have them though. :)

*G* Now you tell me that. I haven't been using it anymore than I usually do, but I didn't really do anything last night either. Today will be the real test. I have the tingling sensation still going on but no paid in the shoulder so far.....keep your fingers crossed!
