oh ho ho, the time has come to head back to MIMAL's hat. it's all over! this week was super crazy as everybody's stressed-selves came out and the atmosphere alternated between we're all in it together camraderie and tension tension tension. whew, have just arrived back from four point five days in Lake Tahoe! gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous. We stayed with family friends who have a cabin that their grandparents built from scratch in the 1930's and which is tucked away in the backwoods away from the casinos and vacation villas. whewf I'm back. Survived the weekend in Sunriver, went horseback riding, hiking, canoeing, and of course stressed out about crazy relatives and did a poor job of concealing my frustration with their inability to NOT discuss divisive issues. mmmmm, v. nice weekend at the beach. Lisa's beach house was wonderful as always, and I drank lots of tea and bought some pajama pants. I love the beach. just love it.
