Vague spoilers for Sg-1 - 10x4 "Insiders" & SGA - 3x4 "Sateda"

I'm glad that Vala's proving to be an asset for the team. And her little scene with Ba'al gave me a slight need to read (maybe write) any story dealing with their past together becuase it's bound to be all sorts of kinky stuff ;)
Was there a reason Shanks didn't appear in this episode?
SGA -
First off, Rodney got shot in the ass was just too funny.
Whoa on Ronon's flashbacks.
And of course my favorite part was the Teyla & Sheppard talk on the Daedalus and the whole teaminessfamilyness of the episode. Seriously can anyone deny that there isn't atleast something between John and Teyla during that little scene?
I may not see see it all the time but I'm very, very pleased with it when I do.
Loved the end when Ronon hugged Carson, said thanks then passed out.
Now off to finish the huge jt_newsletter thing I have going.....
