Gosh I wish I knew what to tell you. I am not even there so I wouldn't know what to say. I can't say I know how you feel, because this is all too new for me still and you were 50billion times closer to Charlie than I could have hoped for. Sounds like you need to have a good crying spell to get it out. We all need that from time to time, but you have had to be strong for yourself to help others get through these past few months. Now that things have quieted down some, its time for you to have grief time. I believe a counseling session would be good for you. Can't hurt to try. *hugs* Thinking of you and as always thinking of the dear m0g, Charlie.

Sometimes it takes a while for feelings to surface...but, at least you are open to dealing with it. I hope you feel better.

*hugs* Know we're here for you.

I do commend you on seeking advice. Whilst we're here for you, sometimes, a 3rd party professional help is whats needed. They'll help :) and will know exactly what to do :)

90 days - breathe. 45 after that? Maybe poke your head out, look around and begin what you're going to do now.

Sounds right on target - and church is only one place to source what you need. You need more, call me up - I'm always right here. You won't scare me, shock me or anything like that.

BTDT, and can share what I learned doing it.
