I rearranged my apartment and I don't know about feng shui but I can tell my life is getting better. I think it's mostly because my couch is now against a wall that I can lean on and read. My apartment is simultaneously cozier and more spacious!

i am a supporter of any and all fruit pies. how is your relationship with carrot cake?

I am pro-carrot cake, epsecially if someone else wants to grate the carrots.

i rearranged my bedroom and its so much nicer being in that back room.. light and plants are the best. and framed photographs. someday i want a bedroom with nothing more than a vintage fan, a mattress on the floor and some nice sheets. i wonder if that would make my life less complicated.

i was making blueberry pies for a while but it got all hot and humid up here and you just can't make a nice flaky crust in that kind of weather. i got to thinking that florida pastry chefs must spend alot of money on air conditioning.
