Yesterday I met Joel and he showed me how to go into Bark Mode with Miyamoto's Jack Russel Terrier and get a rhinestone collar. I definitely wouldn't have understood that sentence 30 hours ago.

Mangosteens are a purple tropical fruit that are ILLEGAL in the U.S.! They taste like a cross between rhubarb and peach and plum. I heard rumors that you can buy them frozen in Chinatown "in the back room" but fresh ones are unheard of.

I like this list very much, particularly #2 which I am also fanatical about. I am often a little too impatient for #3, though I would opt theoretically for lukewarm every time.

I aspire to reach numbers 7 and 8, but usually come up short on both.

The Jet Diary's main purpose is for ALTs to have something to look at while they are bored and trying to look busy in the teacher's room on any given day.

I wanna visit China. You went to Shanghai and Beijing last year, right? Are both must visits?

My old apartment was so awesome because there were no time variables in my route to the train station, so I had it timed out at exactly six minutes at a brisk pace. Combined with Old Faithful JR, I was right on a lot and only missed the train a few times.

I'm still in awe of how much my JET diary could entertain me when I was bored. I kept my purikura in there too.

I can't give a really good opinion on Beijing since it was so brief and weird, but I LOVED Shanghai!! I can give you lots of good tips of where to go!

Man, I was just thinking about the LJ interests meme and that maybe I would do that today and then I was thinking about how your list was so finely pared down that you probably didn't even have enough listed to fill the meme! But here I guess you do, but I thought maybe it wouldn't pick up unique interests or something. I guess I'll go try my own now.
