Well I increased my bench workout weight to 190. After I reach 200 I think I will stop increasing. PSYCH! I also increased shoulders to 110. That may not seem like much but I have to pick it up and then lift it above my head. Then do shoulder presses, so there. Well my grandma and my great aunt arent doin so well so I have to go see them. first and foremost sorry to hear about the family thing, second i feels good to increase in the gym(home)and get the fajitas at el ranchitos they rock oh yeah
