For those of you who remember back around Feb of this year, I got a really bad abscessed tooth that I neglected to have treated until it nearly killed me. I had the cold sweats, shakes, etc. It was pretty bad ( Read more... )

I wont let it get that bad again. I dont like the idea of dying. I have many friends left to visit. Including some of your phoenix peeps. I cant very well do that dead.

I believe there are free-clinics in OKC.. I also know they have VERY inexpensive treatment at the OUHSC school of dentistry (as a trained dentist + inter get to work on you).

I don't know if they still have it but back with I was living in OKC I went to OU Medical ER, they put me on some antbiotics and there was a dental clinic there too that if you don't mind there being students present or doing to work, you can get it pulled (and unless there's a way to take care of it without pulling it now, there's no other way to get it to stop abcessing off and on over time). It only costed me $3 because I was on Medicaid, but I think it was only like $15 or $20 without insurance to do it. It's an option if they still have that.
