The Golden Compass, part 4

Ah, what the hell, have the last part early. Really early. Also, Erin has news: "Business licenses have been procured and I am in the process of designating Project Erin as a non-profit organization. This last week has made me realize no one deserves to have this experience of fighting for a place in a health care system that doesn't want to ensure ( Read more... )

A thought on icons - would it be possible to make text-only icons to put up on Megaupload? That way you wouldn't be dealing with the thorny issue of copyright infringement. You could display them as one or two large gifs with them all smushed together (400x400 would allow 16 icons, etc) then offer links to DL individual icons.

I've actually thought of a way to have normal icons and MU downloads at the same time while not infringing copyright. All will be revealed!

I really admire what you've done with this ♥ You're very nice.

I have this problem: my country has banned MU, and because DLs work with JavaScript I can't even download by using a proxy. Is there any way I could
a) help this charity,
b) read your parody?

And happy birthday!

Is that seriously how the movie ends? WTF, mate?

(Although, I guess it makes sense, given how little actual plot is in the second book....)

That's how it seriously ends. Which shocked the hell out of me because if you've seen the trailers, they clearly show the ending of the book; Asriel creating the bridge to the city in the aurora and everything. Mrs. Coulter and Lyra exchange words, too. "Come, Lyra!" "I'm not your! I'll never be yours!" Gah, the trailer had me have high hopes for a good ending.

I agree about The Subtle Knife, too. The most exciting part I remember is Will fighting to get the knife, and then it's like... yeah everywhere else, haha. :P
