Summer to do list update.

The furnace and a/c are in. the air is nice. they still have to come back a third time to finish the furnace installation, but it is hooked up enough to push the air correctly. can't wait until it gets HOT out again and we can see if it will keep up better than the last ones; they couldn't handle anything over 85F. this one you can't hardly

The window AC in my apartment was new last year. I understand enjoying AC when it works.

It has been wonderful to be cool in the house. I will also enjoy coming home during the winter to a furnace that stays lit. Ours liked to go out at very inconvient times (usually while we were on vacation).
