Apparently Tarot cards have shown up at a few of these scenes- I saw something on the ground that may have been one, too. But I'm not ruling out the Halo of the Sun having anything to do with this.

Not Walter, Claudia, Vincent or Alessa, obviously, because they were victims. But... are you sure 22 is the number that comes to you?
