we're gonna be doing the same thing (it was a gift!) and we're going to make other people eat their greens. no joke. very leafy barbecuse? or something along those lines. we're worried about vegetable overload, also.

Norman beat me to the commenting! I was going to say: my parents gave us a CSA share for Xmas because we were still unemployed and I think they were worried we wouldn't eat fresh food. So we are worried about wasting, but I plan on sharing with my friends here (calling people up and offering to give them tons of stuff), also doing a lot of chopping up and freezing into tupperware.

Also I plan on making a lot of veggie-filled large casseroles, pasta dishes, quiches, pies, etcetera etcetera and bringing them to work for lunch.

If some goes to waste, oh well, but we're going to try our best.

I think you should do it!

they also have a half share program, but I worry that wouldn't be enough. I'll just have to get veggie crazy and have lots of dinner parties!

It sounds like you guys don't eat a lot of meat, so if you use them for your main dishes, you should be fine.
