Losing. My. Mind.

I just talked to someone who was involved in GutRock who thought that Ashley and I were using stage names for GutRock. That we weren't actually related - we were 'just doing the Ramones thing'. Hella.

I just took time out of my day to call Bell and let them know that their technician was fantastic. The woman who answered in some Indian call centre pulled up my account information, supposedly submitted my compliments to his manager, and then tried to upsell me an $8 a month telephone maintenance package. What gesture means "I'm sorry"?

I accidentally cut a lady off on the road the other day, and felt really bad. She had lots of gestures for me, but there was nothing I could do to non-verbally aplogize. What a society we live in.
