I don't believe I'll be going this year... if I don't go, it'll be the second one I've missed in the past 14 or 15 years (that statement made me feel oldish XD).

u didnt miss a damned thing. except for the hordes of comic book men. AX was your/our high point, and i think that's how it'll be now; the comic-con experience has fallen greatly. of course, this only applies if your interests primarily lie in anime/vgs. if you still like western stuff, it still wins the internet, i guess.
