this analogy is different to the first two from part 1?

I'm not sure what you mean. You should write a different one than what you wrote for part 1. The point of this one is to make people guess the opposite of what is true. So you can choose to write a true or false statement, but you want people to think it's the opposite of what it is. So if you write a true statement, you want people to believe that no way could that be true, so they would vote false and you would get points.
