Moscow reminds a huge mental hospital with 16 millions patients these days all coming and going; the traffic congestions are hardly describable, the whole city just comes to a standstill at times, streams of cars move in tortoise-like fashion. People are rushing to buy presents, to make business congrats and what is really infuriating - to devastate grocery stores as if they've been starving the whole year long. There's even a new level of stupidity when they take credit at bank just to carouse royally during 7 days and drink themselves to oblivion.

I thought it was manic where I live, but Moscow sounds even busier. That supermarket devastation isn't unique to Moscow... people sweep the shelves bare around here as well, and everywhere else I've lived. I think there's a switch in their head that goes off near the holidays, and makes them think "civilisation is going to end over the holiday! I must stock up on canned goods for the upcoming three centuries of barbarism..."

Given that the orthodox Christmas is on January 7th, I think some of those geniuses had plenty of time to sober up and use the rest of their money (if there were anything left) to go through the pleasant experience all over again before starting the everyday work in The New Year.

I think that focus really shines through - it's something that I think works very well for you, because the viewer never gets bogged down in technical effects within your vid...I'm very glad to know it shows at least on some level. Although I still should work on finding more accurately that invisible point of balance between the visual effects, picture frequency and the general storyline. Вчера у меня случился приступ БСГ-запоя. Все начиналось невинно, а закончилось как всегда. Вечером, когда я жаловалась Ли, она сказала, что у тебя новый клип (как оказалось - два новых клипа, ну то есть новых для меня, потому что я их не видела. Shame on me!!!!). Хотела сразу бежать качать, но не получилось. Зато сегодня мы встрееееетились!!! С клипом, в смысле.

И как же мне дико похорошело! Это как раз то настроение, которое мне сейчас нужно. Это как раз те кадры, которые нужны. Это все так, как хочется. Сколько же тебе пришлось выдергивать эти взгляды - я никогда не пойму, как ты их запоминаешь. но самое главное - это аналогии. Пистолеты, пули, спусковые крючки - я бы покраснела, если бы умела.

Все-таки по Каре и Ли я привыкла, что клипы мрачноватые. Похожие. на рвущуюся струну. А тут... Замечательный подход. Неожиданный.

О, привет, Игруш! :) Как же давно от тебя вестей не было слышно...
Я очень рада, что тебе понравилось) - это не клип, а сполшной отрыв и бесовство :))) Было очень приятно его делать, я на нем отдыхала от того зашкаливающего ангста канонического, который меня и высасывает, и выматывает, и в то же время приносит колоссальное удовлетворение.
Покраснела бы?)) Тогда бы тебе пришлось краснеть от самого выбора песни. Потому что порнографический контент сразу впрыскивается в мозги при одном только прослушивании)).
Не, я не краснела.. я ржала пока делала, останавливалась, переводила дыхание.. снова заливалась смехом и периодически бегала в холодный душ:)))

Ещё одна блестящая работа. Браво! Определённо, тебе удалось разрядить драматичную атмосферу пилотских будней. С таким саундтреком у кого хочешь взыграет хулиганский настрой. )) Кстати, нашей отчаянной парочке только такая музыка и идёт, ну не под Марайю Кэри же им зажигать, честное слово... ^_^

Спасибо! :D Я отрывалась по полной в этом клипе :) Если б ты смотрела их в хронологическом порядке именно в той последовательности как я делала - то очевидно было бы, что я в 99 проц случаев работаю с ангстовыми темами, тяжелыми и трагичными. А тут для разнообразия впервые решила повеселиться, да и потом материал богатый - как не засмотреться на них в душевой или в офицерской.. и не представить таких метафор под подобную музыку? Пилоты же давно признанные мастера в eye-frakking)).
Насчет музыки - эт точно, до сих пор я Ли и Кару "слышу" в основном в роке либо хард роке... Редко когда в лирике, лирика тогда должна быть совершенно особенной...
