I have Smokin' Aces on my harddrive somewhere. I thought it'd be a cool action flick, but the reviews haven't been to great.
I'm still gonna check it out though.

It's underwhelming, but not completely undeserving. It certainly offers some modest enjoyment.
You can take your time, though. No need to hurry.

ha ha I think I agree about the ending I think that was the ONLY thing that really made me like this movie more than I think I should

I'm terribly sorry it took me so long to respond.

The ending really was quite spectacular. It took me completely by surprise, and i don't mean the plot resolution here, but the sheer emotional resonance it had. And Ryan Reynolds played it beautifully.

no problem - yeah I know what you mean, I didn't think there could be any emotional substance to the movie because it was all shooting and crazy - well except for Aces, a total wreck but I kinda lost sympathy for him because I felt he kind of deserved it. Then the end though - paired with the music - that's when I actually liked the movie more than just a blam bang movie.
