I think I'm still reeling from the ending of 203 to consider the full implications of the plot, but it was rather messy, wasn't it? In terms of events unfolding and Ramos drawing them as well. I have a feeling that if Ramos were a cleaner artist, the overall story might make more sense, but not a whole lot more. Carey really does need to save this with the epilogue. Either that or Sam better be fine and dandy. Because if this is how Sam goes out, I'm not going to be a happy camper.

Oh, I forgot to add this: First Class was seriously fantastic. Parker continues to make me very happy with this book. Marvel should bolt him down to something sturdy if they haven't already.

Marvel should bolt him down to something sturdy.
They surely should. He should be held in a golden cage, fed delicacies and serenaded by nubile young women.

Seriously, I really hope they will keep him on this series for a long long time yet.

I'm pretty sure Carey's not gonna kill him. He already put him through a wringer here, it would be way too much. I'm a bit worried about his mind, but, until proven otherwise, my theory is that Sinister's dastardly psi-attack was averted by Bobby. Sam might be a bit spacy for a few issues but he's going be alright. Yep, that's how it's gonna be.

The story certainly doesn't play to Ramos' strenghts. Clerer art would really help a lot here. Well, Bachalo is soon off to play with 'New X-Men' and we're getting Bachalo back. Who, admittedly, is actually less clean than Ramos but at least the end result looks more charming.

You know that I've never actually seen 'Band of Brothers'. I'll really have to rectify that soon.

Personally, I'm pretty fond of The Initiative idea. And I'm happy the Marvel people are handling it much better that the whole dreadful Civil War thing that spurred it into life. Which, now that I think about it, is competely opposite to the 'House of M' event where I thought that the miniseries was quite nicely done but got completely butchered in the 'Decimation' follow-up.

'The Order' really seems to be developing in some very interesting directions. It's only three issues so far so you could get caught up on it in practically no time *hint hint*
;)

You missed 'House'? How could you. Go watch now! You're gonna love it.

I mean, there's a big cast.
That's why I want to watch it so much. There are soooo many actors that I recognize there. Yes, I know the plot is good, the production values and all that stuff, but, mostly, I just want to watch it for the boys. Damian Lewis, Ron Livingston, Michael Cudlitz, Jamie Bamber, Simon Pegg, Colin Hanks and so many many more (it's a bit inconvenient that it's a war mini, though, because with all the helmets and identical haircuts, sometimes it really is a pain in the ass to keep track of all of them). The only reason I haven't watched yet is because, well, it is a freaking mini and is almost twelve hours long. Not really easy to fit in your schedule. But I will, promise.

And yeah, I have all the issues of The Order, I just haven't read them yet. I'll get there. :D
Cool, no pressure there ;)

I still didn't see the new Grey's episode but I'm relieved that everybody seemed to enjoy it. I saw the pilot of Bionic Woman and found it really bad, except for Starbuck :D

Grey's was fine. Thankfully they dialed down the emo quite a bit.

I expected a bit more from BW than I got in the end, but I still think it was more or less ok. The show's inner logic is somewhat spotty and I'm fairly positive the main character will start to annoy me quite soon but it's got a science fiction premise and I've got a soft spot for those. And Starbuck was indeed fantastic.

Yeah, I knew they wouldn't be there, too. The absence of Chase will never stop making me at least a little be sad (I know he'll be back, I just want him back right now), but, you know, it's Hugh Laurie, there was never any doubt he'd manage to hold up on his own. The man is a genius. And we got more Wilson and, damn, wasn't he just in top form that week? The whole show could probably revolve just around the two of them, without losing practically any entertainent value. In conclusion: the episode really was terrific.

God, I miss Chase. He was sooooo pretty.

Have downloaded it, and am working on ep 2 now.
Just have to wait for beluga as it's one of the shows we tend to watch together.

Can't wait to see it though. :)

Cool, an episode watched with another person is an episode twice enjoyed. Common knowledge ;)
