[PROJECT] AUDITION FORMS & RULES
For all of those interested in the graphic design MEP I explained HERE.

& If you want to audition, fill out the form and PLEASE PM THE FORMS TO ME. DONT POST YOUR AUDITION HERE.
& I want really good graphic designers. Look around at some of my graphics. If you think you're almost as good as me, as good as me, or better than me, chances are you'll get accepted.
& I will NOT tolerate people who crop an image and slap text onto it. That's not graphic design and your audition will be automatically ignored.
& Only members of Livejournal can audition. I would actually PREFER it if you had a place on LJ where you posted your graphics, whether it be a graphics LJ or your main LJ.
& Please be understanding. If you don't get accepted, don't throw a fit.
& Don't audition if you dont have the free time to make graphics quickly yet effectively. We dont want to wait around forever for you.
& I hate rejecting people, so if I dont get back to you, chances are you didn't get accepted. Please dont it as a personal attack. With a little practice, anyone can be amazing.

& Remember to be nice and kind to your fellow designers. This is a team effort.
& Please put in your best effort. This is a chance for you to express your creativity, skills and provide the community with something amazing!
& PLEASE do not flake out on us. If you tell me you're going to make X amount of a certain graphic, you better do it. Stay committed!
& Be diverse. Make sure your graphics dont look exactly the same or all feature the same character.
& Please dont use graphics you've already made.
& Keep in contact! If you sign up, get your task and never say anything to me again til you finish, I'll get worried. Drop me a comment or send me a PM or something every now and then to tell me about your progress or just to say hi.
& You may use any kind of Hetalia art as long as the quality of the art is acceptable. You dont need permission or do you need to credit the artist, but if you do know who drew the art, I would strongly encourage that you give credit. How do you give credit? Make a Notepad (or anything like Notepad) document with all the art credit information, such as, who drew what and which graphic you used the picture in.
& Lastly, you DONT have to have art credit available for any of your graphics, but the more legit we can get, the better.

Let's try to get everything done in the span of 4 WEEKS. If you are having issues or for whatever reason we CAN'T make it in 4 weeks, I will have no problem with extending by a bit, but if you sign up I really want to make sure you'll stay working and committed. Don't sign for too much! I'm counting on you~!
>> WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE FINISH?
step one ;; So, you're finished making what you said you'd make.
step two ;; Put all your graphics into a SINGLE folder. Name that folder after your LJ username.
step three ;; Inside your folder, make a folder for each graphic category you have. So, if you make icons and wallpapers, make a folder named Icon and one named Wallpapers.
step one ;; Sort your graphics into the appropriate folder.
step one ;; Then, make a .zip or .rar file of your main folder. This .zip/.rar should look EXACTLY like the unzipped version and should contain the Icon folder and Wallpaper folder.
step one ;; Upload the zipped folder to somewhere like Mediafire and send me the link. I will then download it.
>> HOW WILL THIS BE POSTED?
>> Once I collect everyone's graphics, I will separate everything into graphics category. All the icons will go to one place, all the banners to another, etc.
>> I will create the post that includes everyone's graphics.
>> I will the post it to Miserable % Stunning (here), the main Hetalia LJ comm and the Hetalia graphics comm. I encourage each of you individually to post it to your OWN LJ's and also cross-post it to any of the Hetalia related communities that you're in, whether it be communities dedicated to pairings or to a certain character.
>> How will you get the code for you to be able to post this on your own LJ? When you send me your finished files, I'll ask you if you want to post it to your own account. If you say yes, I will later PM you the code (all at one time or piece by piece) to you.
>> Only ask for the code if you want to post the WHOLE thing. If you just want to post the part you did, you can make the entry yourself.
>> In the actual entry, I will be allowing viewers to download each graphics category to save them time. For example, put all of our icon in one folder and offer it for download.

Which positions are you applying for? (Remember, sign up for as many as you want but make sure you can do them all!) [Positions include: icon maker, *sign maker, wallpaper maker, **signature maker, profile maker/coder, ***banner/header maker]
* Signs include enter signs, FO signs, closed signs, moved signs, etc.
** signatures are like headers but smaller and meant to be used on message boards, etc.
*** like signatures but bigger
How many of each do you want to make? ( Pick a number that's divisible five. 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, etc. If you signed up for multiple graphic categories, please state how many for each you plan on making.)
examples! (For each position you signed up for, give me 4 examples. If you dont have 4 of a graphic for a certain category, give me as many examples as you have.)
