1. I noticed that Maha and Mia are both on the list of open characters. The games supposedly say that they're the same being, so to speak. (I can't verify this, as I haven't played the game enough to verify, but it would explain why Mia has such a liking to Elk.) Is that how it's going to be played here

I don't know the official word on number three, but I've used the theta and lambda servers in the event, and it seems to be okay.

I guess number one would depend on when those spots are taken... it's some time after Sign (I think it's when this is set, right?), and Maha is Mia by then... but I think Maha was in the game somehow (never played them)... but wasn't she Maha looking for her memory? I guess we'd need a game buff on that one. x.x

The second question reminds me, about the whole Bear and Tsukasa thing too... since he was interested in becoming Tsukasa's father, so in here would you like to play as it is before that whole bit happens? That way it's easier to fit into the more negative Tsukasa character, but however you wish. :3

Hmmm... Bear becoming Tsukasa's father? Interesting. Yes, I would like to RP that out somehow. I'm currently having Tsu-kun's father be rather peeved at her, which will lead to some depressed entries ICly when I have time to type them.

Just wondering, where did you find out that Bear wanted to be her dad? I'm curious, as I don't remember it in the anime. But such things = character development, which = yay fun.

And I REALLY need to play the games, but yes, this takes place after the games, which happened after the anime.

From as far as I've seen I bet you culd really have some interesting entries with your father's uncoolness being played out onto Tsukasa. So I think it'd be nice letting you have fun with a lot of the stuff going in and out of Tsukasa's life. :3

Epsiode ten, Conpensation, is said to have a hint of his feelings as a father. He talks with BT and she mentions how it seems like he's trying to be a father figure towards you (She calls him a Surrogate Father, I'm so original!). I'm not sure if it's mentioned too much anywhere else in Sign though. I looked into a French website which talked about .Hack//Zero, a graphic novel, which talks about the relationship between Subaru and Tsukasa in the real world and about Bear wanting to adopt her. So I got a little bit of information from there. X3

Ooh, after the games? I thought it was in the middle, my bad. *Needs to at least rent them this summer*

The cut-off was more to imply that "this isn't the end", not that they didn't meet ^^; In fact, they DID. And they still do.. in .hack//ZERO, I believe they meet up more than once. Fuzzy on the details, but their meeting did happen.

3. No, you can RP on some other servers, just be sure that you mention which server you'll be RP-ing in, anywhere in the post. Mac Anu would only be the home server anyway. Feel free to 'explore' the other servers within The World.

Erm, they may look different, but they certainly are the same being ^^; Making them two different characters would be destroying an entire sub-plot within the games (and SIGN, if you want to go just a bit deeper).
When Macha 'dies', she becomes Mia; When Mia 'dies', she becomes Macha. It's a never-ending cycle to keep her from being permanately deleted, really (and each time she looses her memory, of sorts).
Though at the end of the games, Macha was 'destroyed' again, and Mia came back, and she'll more than likely stay that way for the rest of her existance.
So in reality, there really shouldn't be a Macha; Unless you're going -THAT- much AU o_o;

o.o;; I never knew that, since I was never really interested about Maha not Mia. Anyway, I don't lplan to make this RP an incredibly AU thing, so.. if someone applies for either, the person takes the other as well, or something like that, or if someone applies for Maha, Mia would instantly be unavailable as a character, and vice-versa, for Mia's applicant.
