on HSUS for the past ten years or so they have been very anti gun/hunting which has pissed off more than a few people..

I did not know this about HSUS. I've always admired their stance on pet overpopulation and I think they are good for educating and impacting society on domestic animals as pets. I guess the other stuff never occurred to me. When it comes to radical movements and stupid gimmicks, I've always thought of PETA.
