Ummmm, you husband disagrees. Short skirts are all weather gear. That and thin, clingy t-shirts.

I think this provides the most rational argument for men wearing skirts. They should share the pain (or rather the cold), and thus understand why at certain times we don't feel inclined to show off the lower regions, no matter how much they think they deserve to see them.
