Rachelle was in line for Panera and got to the front of the line and was told that it would be a few minutes on the souffles because they were still in the oven. So she waits. 15 minutes later they have sold them all after they come out of the oven, despite the fact that they told her to wait for one. They offered no compensation. I told her to go

I went there for dinner tonight, I never have problems with them, so I don't know. Is it just one you've had such horrible service at? Maybe it's particularly bad? Or maybe mine is particularly good?
