started my workout today. that should be pretty funnnn. hopefully ill get the results i want in 2 or 3 weeks. its not too hardcore. just 250 sit-ups and 100 crunches and 50 push-ups. easier than summers.

Tumbling class was boo. I keep not being able to go back and I do like a layout instead haha.

haha my work outs are.... run an 800, stretch, three sets of 25pushups and 45 crunches, run for 15 minutes, come back, run 4 800s fast with a jog 400 in between

well thats what i did today lol have fun with your scary movie.
