omg, how much I agree with you about how dumb a customer can be. And I hate that "customer is right" rule or "make sure the customer is satisfy" ... its that kind of rule that gives customer the right to be a$$ to the rep and I literally hate that especially when you did everything right and going by protocol but they refused to listen ...
Agreed. Also, they tend to be so spoiled by their salesperson that it makes it so much more difficult for us CS reps to do our job. D= Most of the time, our customers expect their goods delivered to them in an impossibly short amount of time because the salespeople overpromise. And when we don't, guess who takes the blame? I guess that's just part and parcel of being CS.
