City On Fire

To step outside is to smell the city burning, and I wonder... is it just me, or is it beginning to feel a lot like The Apocalypse. Every drop of rain seems to sizzle of my skin before it has a chance to reach the scorching desert earth. Twril me so that I can feel the breeze on my face, just one more time.
